What can I buy in the storefront?

The storefront lists HealthCheckDX direct-sale kits only. Provider, partner, and white-label workflows remain separate.

What comes with a kit?

Kit presentation may include a dry blood card, collection instructions, QR registration instructions, and return workflow instructions.

How do I collect the sample?

Follow the at-home collection instructions included with the kit. Product detail pages identify the sample type and collection method when available.

Why does QR registration matter?

QR registration connects the kit workflow to the right post-purchase path before the sample return workflow is completed.

Where do results appear?

Results and next-step communication continue through existing portal and notification workflows after purchase, registration, and processing.

Why is checkout sometimes unavailable?

Checkout only starts when the storefront has a healthy API catalog source and the product is available for direct-sale checkout.

Does this storefront provide medical advice?

No. The storefront supports kit shopping and checkout. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.
